Delete your account
In the app
Open Account › Personal info › Delete account and data and confirm. This deletes at once:
- your Qride account and phone number sign-in,
- your profile and, for drivers, the driver application with all document photos and what was read from them,
- voice recordings you chose to share,
- everything the app kept on your phone.
Without the app
Email support@qride.pk from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and your phone number. We will send a code to that number to make sure the request is yours, then delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.
What we may keep
Records the law requires us to keep, for example of a reported safety incident or a payment, are kept only as long as required and then deleted.
