Privacy policy
This policy explains what the Qride app and its server collect, why, who else handles it, how long it is kept and how you delete it. Qride is run by its founder in Quetta until the company Agex Technologies is registered; the company will then take over this role and we will update this page. Questions: support@qride.pk.
What we collect

The app also keeps some things only on your phone, such as saved places, your profile photo and the optional ride data log; these never reach our server unless you send them.
Who else handles your data
We use these services to run Qride. Each processes data only for us and under its own security and privacy terms. Ask us for the current list of providers at any time.

We share a rider's name, pickup and live location with the driver of their ride, and a driver's name, photo, vehicle and live location with their rider. We give data to authorities only when Pakistani law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Account and ride data: while your account exists.
- Driver documents: while you drive with Qride, and after that only as long as the law requires.
- Voice recordings you chose to share: at most one year.
- Sign-in codes: a few minutes.
Your choices
- Delete your account: in the app, Account › Personal info › Delete account and data. This removes your account, your driver application and document photos from our server. See Delete your account for other ways.
- See or correct your data: most of it is in the app; for anything else, email support@qride.pk.
- Location, microphone and camera: you can turn each off in your phone's settings. Some features then stop working.
Security
Data travels encrypted. Document photos are kept in private storage that only the driver and our review team can open, and every time our team opens one it is logged.
This website
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, so there is nothing to accept. Fonts, pictures and the film are served from our own site, not from other companies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, sees your IP address and browser type when you open a page, as every web host does, and uses this only to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. If we ever add something that needs cookies, we will ask for your permission first.
Children
Qride is for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
