Terms of use
Qride is run by its founder in Quetta until the company Agex Technologies is registered; the company will then take over this role and we will update this page. By using the Qride app you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
What Qride does
Qride connects riders with independent drivers in Quetta. The rider proposes a fare, drivers can accept it or offer their own, and the ride happens at the fare both agreed. Drivers are not Qride's employees.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and use your own phone number.
- Keep your sign-in codes to yourself; Qride will never ask for them.
- Drivers must give true documents and keep them valid; we may suspend an account whose documents are false or expired.
Behaviour
Treat each other with respect. No harassment, violence, discrimination, carrying illegal goods, or using the app to cheat. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Safety
In an emergency call 15 (police) or 1122 (rescue) first. The app's safety button can call them and share your live trip with people you trust.
Liability
We work to keep Qride running and safe, but during the beta the app may have errors or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Qride is not liable for losses caused by that. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
Ending
You can stop using Qride and delete your account at any time.
