Email support@qride.pk with your phone number and, for a ride, its date and time. Beta testers can also use TestFlight's Send Beta Feedback or the testers' WhatsApp group.

Common questions

I didn't get the code. Wait a minute and tap Send again. Codes go to Pakistani numbers only. After three codes, wait an hour; after five in one day, wait until midnight.

Something was left in a car. Email us with the ride's time and route.

A driver or rider behaved badly. Use Report in the ride's safety menu, or email us. In danger, call 15 or 1122 first.
